After releasing his debut self-produced EP “Cold Showers” in 2019, which landed on big international Spotify playlists like BIRP FM and on Radio Nova, Louis is embarking on the next chapter of his burgeoning musical career. April 21st will see the release of “Easy”, the lead single off his forthcoming debut album.

Following his EP release, Louis gigged around Dublin just before the pandemic hit, earning showcase performances at the International Bar, and a support slot in Whelan’s for US singer-songwriter Sam Lewis. Covid-19 halted his touring ambitions, however, not to be derailed; Louis focused on the recording of what would become his debut album.

As Girl Band sound engineer Jamie Hyland carried out the mixing duties on Louis’ previous release, the pair along with their mutual friend Mark Butler decided to collaborate again and began recording an 11-track album together. As the band became tighter and tighter during rehearsals, their shared love of lo-fi garage rock and 60’s vocal harmonies shined through in their performances. Louis' debut album promises to deliver a completely fresh take on modern Irish rock ‘n’ roll.

Stay tuned for more single and video releases over the next few months, and the album release in late summer 2021.
